You’ve spent so much of your life showing up for others — your patients, your family, your team, your friends. You know how to push through, to care deeply, to make it all work.

That question is where my story begins too.


☕ My Story

I spent years living in go-mode — a full-time Physician Assistant, wife, mom, friend, and constant caretaker. On the outside, it looked like I was thriving. On the inside, I was running on fumes.
Between patients, family, and endless to-dos, I started losing touch with the woman underneath the roles — the one who used to laugh easily, dream boldly, and wake up with energy instead of dread.

Medicine gave me the science.
Life gave me the lessons.
And together, they led me to something deeper: a new definition of strength.

It’s not the kind you force or fake.
It’s the quiet, grounded kind — the kind that begins with peace in your own body and compassion for your own heart.

That realization led me here: to 1Step@aTime Coaching — a space for women like you to exhale, reset, and rebuild from the inside out.

I believe strength isn’t just grit — it’s grace.
It’s knowing when to push and when to pause.
It’s learning that your worth isn’t measured by your productivity, but by your presence.

My coaching blends:

  • Science and soul — the evidence-based grounding of my medical background with the compassionate tools of life coaching and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
  • Structure and softness — gentle accountability, flexible routines, and emotional safety.

We’ll meet for 45 minutes each week over 12 weeks—just you and me, in a calm, supportive space—during your personalized 90-day coaching journey.
Because real change takes time, consistency, and a little hand-holding along the way.

Refund Policy

Life happens—but please note: if you choose to withdraw or are unable to continue for any reason, you are still responsible for the full program fee and any remaining balance.
